▪️Nyuma yo kugezwaho imyanzuro yafatiwe muri uyu mwiherero, Guverineri w'Intara y'Amajyepfo Kayitesi Alice yatanze impanuro ku buryo bakwiye guhuzamo imbaraga kugira ngo umuvuduko w'iterambere ry'abaturage wiyongere.

IMYANZURO YAFATIWE MURI UWO MWIHERERO - RETREAT RESOLUTIONS:

1. Timely and regularly reporting JADF activities _ partners (monthly short report and comprehensive quarterly report)

2. Planning basing on District priorities and a coordinated planning of partners

3. Preparing a District single action plan including Partners’ action plans (Joint planning)

4. A baseline study for new partners and/or new projects and endline study for measuring the progress made

5. Accelerating the implementation of activities toward the achievement of NST 1 &DDS and plan accordingly

6. Changing the approach& self assessment to assure a progress made and upholding beneficiaries mindset (end the eternal dependence mindset but to ward to graduation) and ensure the sustainability of achieved activities by involving beneficiaries in the process

7. Partners to be involved in distributing Tools for clean water at schools

8. Resuming and strengthening the functioning of JADF commissions

9. Ensure coordinated activities and co-roles of partners toward the achievement of Ecotourism and setting the ad-hoc committee and quarterly reporting (MOUCECORE, World Vision, HCR, VM Affso)

10. Owning & Supporting Gisagara Brands: CBHI, Cow per each household, Volleyball, Ecotourism, …..

11. Focusing on human capital development index (Hygiene, No malnutrition, education, health services, …..)

12. Playing a direct role toward the achievement of 100% connection to clean water and electricity

13. Mobilizing the Private operators to invest in private health clinics, pharmacies and schools

14. Opening offices for every partner (NGO) within the District in the next 3 months

15. Supporting in the eradication of extreme poverty by 2024 (graduation program) by allocating specific people to specific NGOs for follow up purpose

16. Ensure the operationalization of market every day and the availability of specific products (identification of potential markets to start from: Ndora, …..)

17. Ensure that every intervention in Gisagara have planned multiplier effects on socio-economic development within the District (Suppliers of materials and beneficiaries within the District)

18. Taking into account the disaster management principles & actions (mitigation, adaptation & intervention), environment protection, PwDs and gender protocols, Refugees within JADF interventions (crosscutting)

19. Joint Mobilization for the better utilization of the support and interventions from Partners

20. Joint actions in fighting against school drop out and establishing “Umudugudu mu ishuri” structure
