Projects that the district have undertaken are projects provided by different authorities during the analysis of the situation for Units and different administrative members. We are going to mention projects that need financing within five coming years. It is recommended to provide project total costs by classifying them into three categories (economic growth oriented projects, social oriented projects and good governance oriented projects) by emphasizing on economic growth oriented projects.

It is understood that the latter requires a good management of other categories. Things are not easy than that. It is known through examples that Africa absorbed billions of dollars since independence and has not stepped forward since good governance was not on the agenda. It is also known that good health, education that is appropriate to development conditions, are the major foundations for development. As a matter of fact, it is impossible to react on only factors of material production to create development.

The success of projects of which funding is mentioned originate from different development partners will only be effective upon two conditions: more commitment from the administration with more means available for them within objectives of the plan and the establishment of a stronger monitoring and evaluation process to support actions of the administration.
